Geena Davis. She has an amazon body type (I mean that in a complimentary way!)

Jennifer Lopez is too short to be Wonder Woman. Lynda Carter was 5'9 and Jennifer is 5'6. Plus I think it may be a younger actress who could make it through a couple of sequels.
Lindsay Lohan comes to mind but she isn't any taller than Jennifer Lopez. I think Angelina Jolie would be physically good for the role but she was already Lara Croft, and she is already in her 30s.
I don't know who would be good for the part. If they make the movie they will probably cast an unknown like they did for Superman. But I definitely don't think Jennifer Lopez has a chance.

J LO??? Hilarious. Wonder Woman was from the Amazon, not the Bronx.
If Catherine Zeta Jones wasn't aging so rapidly (sorry but it's true) she'd be my choice, but honestly I would MUCH rather see an actually talented unknown in this role. I know they're out there--look at HBO. Or Lost.

I'd like to see Richard Simmons play the role. I think he'd be a wonderful Wonder Woman.
