The marking scheme of the ICSE is not available except from teachers who act as official paper correctors for the board. There is no such website discussing the marking scheme. It is best that you talk to a teacher who has been involved in paper correction for the ICSE board. Right after the ICSE, there is usually a meeting, where it is discussed about what the marking scheme for the year is going to be (example penalization for spelling errors and the keyword necessary for the answer to be correct). All this is vital because the entire ICSE format is objective in nature. For types of questions, of course, you need to refer to the 10 years question bank and Model Papers available in the market and with websites like www.schoolcircle.com .
