It would depend on the park owner, the manager, and the city/county. I don't think there is a state law against it.

I'm not American but I'm thinking our laws are similiar in this respect ( Canada ). I would think it's permissable as long as you get a builders permit and check with the manager of the trailer park. Because trailer parks have their own set of rules. When you buy a trailer they usually provide a copy of those rules. Read it thoroughly. That's what we have to do here. But hey, like I said, I'm not American so I'm guessing. Good Luck

Depends on the bylaws or restrictions held by the owners of the park. It's much easier and faster to place a phone call to your local zoning board to get the answer than to look for it on this site

Probably not, since it's not your property. Most parks in FL have you buy the mobile home, but you are renting the lot.

no it depends on your agreement. Some parks you buy the land and pay all tax & fees. If ur zoning allows u to build on 1 acre or more no one can stop u.
