There used to be a time in my life when I wanted to be liked and I had a hard time saying no.
Now, it is the easiest thing in the world to say no. But NO can be said in many many ways. Directly or indirectly.
Then again, it all depends on who is asking....smile

Yes and I wind up over scheduling my time and seriously tapping my energy. By over scheduling my time I often wind up disappointing people when I can't keep the appointment. I'm learning to prioritize my time with friends and family and less with work. After all nobody ever says on their death bed "I wish I'd spent more time at work."

I find it hard to say "Yes." Saying "No" is very easy for me. Whenever I'm asked to give a yes or no answer, I always opt for saying "no" first...which is my own short-hand for "I'll think about it and get back to you later." Usually, after I reflect and have a think, I acquiesce and say "yes." It drives my kids nuts. :-)

It depends on the person and situation. Sometimes yes, sometimes I have no problem with saying "no" at all.

Sometimes if I'm not sure the answer should be yes or no. Or if I don't want to hurt someone feelings (if involved). Otherwise hell to the no!!!
