You are already very tall. How tall our your parents and grandparents. That will give you some idea on if you are going to keep growing a little bit more.
Just practice your dunks. You should jump higher. Yeah, your friend may be able to dunk without much effort but after you practice and can jump higher then you can tease him because you can do it at a shorter height.

Calm down when the time is right it will be there, as you continue to grow and develop you may surprise yourself. One day you will be at the front of the break raise up to lay it in and realize you can bang it. And tell your buddy 6'4" that banging is not impressive at his height(is he dunking in traffic or on people), I started dunking when i was about 5'9" (I'm 6' 1/4" now) but probably could have done it sooner I just never thought about it.

you need to increase your vertical by 12 inches at least to dunk it, cause you have to get the ball above the rim and be able to throw it down, can you palm a ball, if not it is going to be harder yet, as for your friend tell him that two points is two points no matter if it is a layup or a dunk

Raise the net 8 inches and ask your friend to dunk. Chances are he can't. It may also be an issue of hand size, which other than growing, can't do much about.

You need to be able to jump about 3 to 6 inches over the rim to be able to dunk, depending on your hand size.

You can either practice practice practice to you improve your impulsion or else wait cause if you're in 7th grade, you have WAYYYYY time to get taller!!!

Hanve fun and...
Good luck!

Don't worry about dunking. Work on free throws. Challenge him to a free throw shooting contest. Dunks might get you on SportsCenter, but free throws will win you games.
