Recently my comp refuses to go by usual left mouse double clicking into my second HDD's partitions telling me "Please go to the Control Panel to install & configure system components". I'm too dumb to figure it out. (I can use Explore, no problem).

I don't have the jumper on the second HDD set to "Slave", there's no jumper at all. I was lazy to put it in.

Are those drives network drives? If yes, are you connected to the network? If so, change your network password and try again.

If not, try safemode. Shut down the computer, hit power and start clicking on F8 as soon as you hit the power button. Go to Safemode, etc. Then try it. If it works in safemode, it's usually a software conflict issue.
