I have - they are pretty cool. The stories are good, but nothing spooky happened. You learn alot of good history. My favorite is about the dog that is said to haunt a restaurant - its called "pookins porch" or something like that. You should really go ghost hunting yourself. My fiance and I are going to stay at the Lizzie Borden B&B this fall and we will be staying in the room where she murdered her mother....I guess I will find out if ghosts are real!!!

There are certain tours that you can go on that are "spooky"... the only one i've ever went on was definately more a "historical" walk through in historic St. Augustine... yes, it is dark and the stories are really good... but not scary. So if you're expecting to get scared, make sure you ask which one is the best for you to go on.
