Do you mean the to connect Wii to the Internet?
If so, Suppa K mentioned how using the Nintendo USB Connector.
Also you can use a LAN Adaptor to connect directly from your PC if you don't have a wirelss router

You can also use Wi-Fi MAX that can create a wireless router, so you can use it for other devices too (Nintendo USB Connection should do the job)

Or if you mean how to move files from your PC to your Wii?
Will, you can store files in a Memory Card. You need an SD Memory Card (it's also used for some digital cameras) and a Memory Card Adaptor to write to the SD memory card.
You can browse your SD Memory Card once you inserted it in the Wii in the Photo Channel.

Well if you have a router, then go to the Wii options, then go to the settings, there flip over a page and you should find the internet setting, create a new connection, Wireless you search for an access point, but this is only if you have a router. Wired is for the Nintendo USB Wi Fi adpater, whihc you might need if you have no router, I bought one, but not the nintendo one, but mine worked fine.
It basically creates an access point for you, and you just use that to get online, they are about 40$ though.
