1. L.T. (2006) he put up 186 points, bro.
2. Shaun (2005) right behind
3. Terrell Davis (1998) 2000 yds, 21 td's
4. Emmitt Smith (1995) 1700 yds, 25 td's
5. Barry Sanders (1997) 2000 yds, only 11 td's but averaged 6.1 yards per carry for the season! Either that or I'd give it to Dickerson in 84

2,105 Eric Dickerson, L.A. Rams, 1984
2,066 Jamal Lewis, Baltimore, 2003

I would add Terrell Davis 1998......2nd most all purpose yards ever, 2008 yards rushing, 23 TDs, SB Champioship...would definitely rank as one of the best seasons ever for a RB

You gotta put Water Payton up there somewhere. I think OJ (1996) cancels out (1973)

For one season.....what Gayle Sayers did that one season was the #1 of all time......but none of these backs that you picked compare to Jim Brown #32 of the Cleveland Browns!!

good list --tho Eric didn't play in 80 :D!

I'm assuming you meant his 2105yd season in 84

and 1st guy --OJ isn't a model human, but this is RB seasons, and he was one damn good RB.
