The plastic can make the water taste horrible after a long time, and even if the water is in a glass bottle it can go "off" a bit in that it wont taste as good as new, because it's not retreated like tap water.

everything packaged has a date.thats to ensure it is sold because it tastes better.however water is ok to drink after a few months.meat some types of cheese frozen foods and dairy products should be consumed ASAP.about 3 to 5 days after date is ok but i would smell milk and certain meats.milk can clabber and sour and meat will decay in the package cheese will mold but if its surface mold just cut it off.frozen food will taste like a freezer smells and eggs can be eaten 3 days after date.i would pay close attention to expiration dates because if you consume anything that smells funky you just might end up in the hospital or worse.

after those dates you have a greater chance of the water taking on the flavor of the bottle cause plastic degrade over time.

Water left will become rancid.I do not buy it as our tap water is nice to drink.

umm. so then you dont like... get sick... i dont know! maybe because like the chlonine in the bottle will expire or become stronger.. or maybe its exposed to more bacteria in it... cuz of the lack or chlorine
