Well to start off
1. you need to have a valid bank of america account.
2. You need to have a active and valid checking and Saveings accounts
3. to check your saveings account ballance you go to www.bankofamerica.com and sign in and then it will get you to your personal page where it will show you ur checking account balance and just click on saveings to view your saveings account info and history

I'm not sure what your question is. If you have earned interest, than the interest is taxable not the account balance.
