I go home and get a head start on feeding my six cats, washing dishes, doing laundry, dusting, vacuuming, writing my novel, practicing my new piano solo, scrubbing, washing windows, and first of all, checking into Yahoo to see what mail I have received. Then I go get my car washed, get groceries, pick up prescriptions, take a walk, and visit my mother. Then I check my recipe book for new recipes and fix a special dinner, and then I visit my neighbor next door. Then I take 2 hour nap. It's great to get off work early. I love it.

that could be a loaded question but lets just say you ment to say you get off work 3 hours early.
I would go home clean my house and take care of my kids. Unless I had errands to do.
work never ends when you are a responsible parent.

Come home and fill the tub with bubbles while I talk baby talk to my babies (dogs) and pick out an evening gown that feels like I do. Happy Day!! A candlelit bubblebath and a glass of white wine!!! What TIME is it????

Get off the computer and enjoy real life. Go surfing or for a bike ride. Streak. Be inventive.

Go and look for another job. If they send you home 3 hours early, it's 'cause they're not making enough money so they're either gonna close or have layoffs soon.
