Its really cold in Michigan, we have over a foot of snow and a blizzard is expected for the weekend and 26 degrees below zero. Please send some global warming my way

you are getting it!!!! the added cloud cover (global dimming)caused by evaporating water in the south has caused extream cold in the north. thus drawing the dense cold air south.
Enjoy the cold!!! it is part of global warming. I am sure el-nina has something to do with it too. is Europe having an extreme cold snap this year?

Once again Global warming was the coined term for an overall warming trend in climates across the globe, which is a conglomeration of multiple symptoms of climate change up to, and including freak snowstorms, stronger hurricanes, dry spells, flooding, etc. You speak of weather here, not climate change. Two different things.

What do dead people in Florida have to do with it! Are we going to blame every weather event on global warming like we blame Bush for everything else?! That's not fair to the tornadoes that came before, who paved the way for today's tornadoes.
