I am a frequent traveller to Egypt, through my work in tourism and studies in Egyptology.
I think you are on the right path with taking an all inclusive tour.
Do use a reputable agent!I can't stress this enough, even if its a little more expensive, ask lots of questions.
Some things you must not miss!
Number 1. Must see, is the Giza plateau.
Which includes the Sphinx ,the famed Pyramids and the Sound and Light Show at night.
You can also hire a camel, but watch the prices!Or go for a sunset gallop on a beautiful Arabian horse.Usually not included in tours, but you will have "free time".
A visit to the Cairo Museum and busy downtown.
Don't leave out the Citadel and try and get to Old Cairo, and Khan el Khalili.
Take a tour that doesn't do to many sites in the one day.
As you will end up not knowing a cartouche from a sarcophagus.
Number 2.Would be a trip to Luxor. By train or plane.
From there you can cross the river to The Valley of The Kings, The Ramsesseum,Dier el Bahri (temple of Hatshepsut) and the list goes on and on..
On the Luxor city side there is the incredible and unforgettable Temple of Karnak and Luxor Temple.Take a boat or felluca cruise on the Nile, and catch a few bargains at the Luxor Bazaar.
Number 3. Its sad to come all that way and not get to see Abu Simbel, the amazing temple of Ramses II.
Some tours end at Luxor.
But,you can do this by taking a cruise ship from Luxor for a 3 day trip. Visiting various other temples and Aswan City also experience going though the loch of the Aswan Dam.
Or just catch the train to Aswan from Luxor.
You can join a day tour that will go with a convoy to Abu Simbel.
Some international tours don't go that far south, but try and choose one that does.
Those that don't usually go to Hurgarda and the Red Sea.
If you are into diving and the beach its a must. But there are no significant Pharonic sites that way.
Use reputable travel agents and book from home. You really have to be careful of so called freelance guides if doing it alone.
Many have limited knowledge of the Pharonic history.
This is something that the Egyptian Department of Tourism is attempting to stamp out.
Preferably book all your tours and accommodation from home its cheaper in the long run for a first time visitor.
A 12 to 14 day tour, is actually enough time, and the best way to see everything, worry free.!
The convoys and high military presence are precautionary only. As are the Tourist police. They are there to look after your interests.
You as safe in Egypt, as you are anywhere in the world or even in your own street.
Have a memorable trip!

that should be one reason behind a particular reason isn't given. My concept grow to be that possibly the neighbor ought to sense free so that you'll be able to take his previous used spouse so he ought to get a clean one and doubtless God knew that. per chance there grow to be spouse sellers like contained in the motorcar corporation and the former ones should be used as commerce-ins at the same time as getting a clean one my chum. Do have a stunning good day and smile. .

Hello,
There are various places in Egypt to visit and spend holidays like antiquities-museums, st-simeon-monastery, botanical-garden, high-dam-and-obelisk, nubian-museum. I have visited most of the places there and I have taken the benefit of (orientaltoursegypt.com) travel agents. They are providing very nice services with special travel packages.
