The hulks major weakness is his need to breath cut of his oxygen and he passes out and returns to human form. But the hulk having a healing factor like wolverines plus his strength makes him very hard to dispose of using physical means. His skin is impenetrable, radiation would only make him stronger or mutate him further. heat or cold have little effect ( the hulk has survived reentry and been frozen solid). So cutting off his air is you're best bet.

The Hulk can be killed. I seem to remember an old What If...? tale where Wolverine killed the Hulk. (What If? 31).

Simple, cut off his oxygen, launch him into space, and put him to sleep.
Any of those would enable you to kill him

you can't kill the hulk but you can kill bruce banner. not even Onslaught can kill him.
