take 12 sparrows per person. pluck and put in oven pan drizzle with oil, black pepper and salt and bake in a moderate oven for 45 mins until the meat is ready to suck off the bone. serve with chips and a green salad. enjoy. they are also good mixed with starlings to make a deliciously scrumptious pie.
