Most of us come from a society governed by men not by laws. Red tape, corruption, bribery, and other self-centered practices prevail in the government. Most people say change should start from within and some say that through education we will be able to effect the needed change. However, we have to notice that people in the government who commits such crime to humanity are well educated as well. some who are determined to change society when they joined the system are also being consumed by the system. I dont really believe to a pure just and equal world since that is ideal but is there hope to at least striving to be as close to it?

The problem is the system not the people. The system has so many loopholes that corruption becomes a normal part of the business of Govt and when that happens nobody knows the differences between right and wrong or the truth and justice. The only way to fix all that is through govt. reform and that means cutting all govt as much as possible. The smaller govt. is the less damage it can do to a society & less corruption will happen because politicans won't be that powerful.

If you live in a democratic society, then start at the voting booth. There will ALWAYS be corruption in government, there always has been. The voting process is your voice. You put 'em in and you can take 'em out. Demand accountability from all those who serve you and your best interests. Remind those in power of the words that gives us the right to kick 'em to the curb, "a government of the people, by the people and for the people."
Where there is power you will always find it's companion, greed.

There is no path to this ideal. As long as humans are human there will be corruption and inefficiencies in the government. As long as humans can see, hear and talk there will be prejudices and bigotry. As long as humans live there will be inequalities.
