If you were given the power to rule for 24 hours, what you would change in your country?

The first thing I would do is clean up every car which is double parked or parked on sidewalks. A MAJOR problem in Greece.

2. > Get rid of capitalist driven economy, and establish a more fair and equal society.
3. > Get all pedophiles castrated.
4. > Confiscate the assets of the rich and famous and redistribute them to the most poor and needy, and to regenerate towns and cities.
5. > Physically punish those who abuse children and animals in public.
6. > Only allow people to travel on private transport in between days, all other days they must travel on public transport, which will be provided for free. Only emergency services and services which require haulage, service for utilities etc can use own transport each day.
7. > Get big companies like Tescos and Asdas to distribute expired sell-by date food to poor people, all this will be done from money saved from imprisoning serious repeat offenders and executing them instead, and all the other alternatives to imprisonment.
8. > Force lazy people and wasters to work and stop their benefits.
9. > I cant think of anymore at the moment....

end welfare for except for those TRULY in need, (Not for addicts, baby breeders, and lazy people)
End giving so much aid to other countries
put an end to waste in Medicare
Use all the saved money to help the poor in our country and give everyone, true free health care
End abortion except for rape & incest

If i were PM for a day, the first thing i would do would be to blow up the channel tunnel, destroying the links to france. i would then create a solely english parliament so they could stop moaning. i would then take all scottish troops out of iraq, as the scottish parliament did not vote on the deployment of our troops. then, i would fire john prescott as he uses up so much of the taxpayers money on croqet, jaguars and £5000 carpets.Then i think i may go say hi to the queen lol!

Not that anything could actually be done in 24 hours but if it were possible to just change something, I would make voting mandatory. Maybe if the people in this country actually got involved in something, we'd have something better.

I would put prayer, the Bible and the 10 commandments back in our school's and goverment. Also try to find the cure for stupidity, it seems to be spreading repidly these days.
