The person above is quite correct. Anyone is free to stand wherever they like and say what they like, provided they don't cause an obstruction, say anything offensive or cause a 'breach of the peace'. Speakers Corner is just where speakers like to gather - but usually on Sunday.

Anyone can speak at Speakers Corner any day of the week. I'm not sure what you need in writing but if you're unsure, why don't you pop down to Speakers Corner and talk to one of the speakers?

Hi,
Its true that Speakers Corner is the place anyone care Air their Views, but the one joy about living in the UK is that we all have freedom of speach unless it threatens or offends?

Anyone is free to speak there any time they want. It mostly goes on on Sunday though. I'm not sure what you mean about getting it in writing, you certainly don't need any kind of written permission.
