I am a Libra rising, Aries sun and Virgo moon, is there anyway to reconcile all the different facet ?

I don't think there's anything that needs reconciling! It sounds to me like a well-rounded horoscope.
Aries is a bold and impulsive sign; your Libra ascendant is likely to mellow you out a bit and make you more aware of the feelings of others besides yourself. While Aries can be pretty chaotic, Virgo is calm, rational, and can cool down some of that fire a bit!
Doesn't sound half bad to me :)
