I gained Redd through a drop/add from Free Agency. This is, to me, a All-Star team in itself now!

You have an above average point guard depth on your roster.
Michael Redd was a huge pickup considering he is the soul of the Bucks.
Shooting Guards, therefore, are set to go with your two all stars.
Small forwardis great because Redd and Pierce can play there as well.
Power Forward is very strong considering Dirk is your star there.
Center is average because your star there is Okur, an off and on player that doesn't bring you the all star stats night in and night out.
Other than that, I assume you're in first, and are manhandling your opposing teams.

If you're looking for advice, here's what you should do.
You have a good team, but you lack in blocks. I would try to trade monta ellis (less minutes with Stephen Jackson trade and J-Rich coming back), or Ben Gordon (inconsistant) and try to get a guy like Samuel Dalembert or some other guy averaging about 9 rebounds and 2 blocks per game. That would balance out your team. It'd be better for you to be balanced than to blow people out in points.
