could anyone tell me, I have this rash on my stomach for over a period of time now, its itchy?

at times its completely dried up and just when i think its heal its keep coming again and its very itchy and dark. could anyone know what it may be or what i could use to put on it to stop from reoccuring?

I would suggest seeing a dermatologist. It could be eczema.

I had a similar thing on my shoulders back and chest and it turned out to be a reaction to our washing powder. Try changing to a more delicate powder cos that's what i did and it's really helped loads!
