Depending on what you are looking for I am a big fan of the following sites for clothing: shopbop.com, purpleskirt.com, revolveclothing.com, dazign.com, & for home decor, you're always good with crate&barrel.com, wshome.com, westelm.com, & I just started subscribing to elledecor magazine, but they have a website too that might help you out...

The number is huge. I like jcpenny.com, art.com, bedandbath.com, linensnthings.com, mervyns.com, llbean.com and collectionsetc.com where things are never over $20. I personally have never tried overstock.com.

I like www.bluefly.com for clothing, and www. overstock.com , www.horchow.com, or www.bombaycompany. com, for house shoping. Hope this helps.
