That's a hard question. As human animals, we equate beauty with health. If a person has something "wrong with them," like a deformity, or missing limbs, we sometimes don't see them right away as being attractive. When the human emotions kick in however, we are able to overcome a lot of that. That's the beauty of being human. It's not just about survival of the fittest. We want to connect and feel something. We want love, not just to keep our species going. So yes. I think amputees are attractive. People find them so everyday. They love, get married, and have children!

You tell me, as I stated in the IM to you earlier. I have friends that are amputee. One of them in particular always keeps talking of the "sympathy *****" (Quote from him) he is always getting and he currently has a very hot GF. So obviously people physically find amputee's attractive.

Being an amputee does not make a person any better or worse. It is the gestalt person that is important.

I would date a man with an amputated limb if he was good-looking (facially), but mostly if he was confident, respectful and funny.
