Why won't my computer downloading yahoo messenger, Microsoft Office, etc?

My computer is just over a year old...and I deleted yahoo IM about 6-8 months ago...when I tried to redownload it ..it won't do it. I can't download anything!! Please help!

Download from WHERE ?

1. On microsoft office insert the DISC system restore that came with computer. There are NO downloads for Windows software other than upgrades at WindowsUpgrade.

2. on MSN messenger, go to www.msn.com. That download is in the upper right corner to click Download messenger.


You must locate the download on Website then download it.

Be sure your computer has latest Windows updates.
