The oldest we ever had was my moms Persian cat who loved to be 17. Pudgie (1968-1985)

My mom just lost her last dog who was only 10 from stomach cancer. The last cat also just passed away from a brain tumor at 13. They they were too young...

I don't know how old she is but I got my tortoise for my fourth birthday and she's still going strong (though in hibernation at the moment), and I'm thirty three this year...

We had a cat live to 18 and a dog live to 15. Right now my dog is 13 and our three cats are 12.

we've had dogs, 18, 15, & 13 in the last few years, we have a little lady that is 2 now, we miss those old dogs terribly, they all went within 3 years

i had a black cat that lived to 20years,and i now have a yorkie who is 15years old and still going strong,i forgot we still have a tortoise that we found eating lettuce in the back garden 34years ago and it wasnt a baby either
