Should governments limit the use of the Internet for data collection?

You are waay too late. Every time you use a credit card, information is collected about you. Every website you have already visited has added to that fund. And it's only going to get worse. Real ID will go into effect next year, and at that point - unless the law is repealed - ALL personal data will be available at one single source.

Not familiar with Real ID? Google it. It's the police state....
