What I am trying to say is why some people in the US say that their country is a place for freedom making sound the rest of teh world like aslavery place, including UK, France, Spain, Japan, Canada, Netherlands, Swiss, Swiden, Norway, etc... etc...

Nowadays, the US in fact is a country with a lot less freedom than an average European country. The risk of getting in trouble with the authorities, is certainly much higher in the US...!
Here in Switzerland, from age 18 you may do anything legal, there is no weird moral or law on sex (it's OK sun-bathing topless and having sex anywhere if not offending others).
And it really takes a lot until the police would arrest you - in the US about 0,8% of the population are in jail, here in Switzerland it's quite exact 0,01%!!!
