Is the show "A Haunting" by Discovery channel true?

The show is about hauted houses, but BIG time. Where people get attacked and possessed. In my home town you get the usuall noises and sense of someone being with you, but I haven't hear anything about possesion. Does it really happened like mentioned or is it all acts?

I've watched the show many times and I am not sure if your asking if the stories are true or if possession is true?
