Hate to help you be attentive to all this, yet strabismus and amblyopia are circumstances be attentive to as "lazy eye". the 1st does no longer impression one's imaginitive and prescient, however the 2nd does. Neither of those impression the unquestionably eyelid so those solutions to this question are incorrect!! i'm not sure what the respond is, yet i might say he the two has idiopathic facial paralysis or Bell''s Palsy basically like Joe Mantegna.

His eye has always been like that, I think it is just a lazy eye. He has always been one of my favorite actors-what a talent!
