Since i last wore these jeans i have lost weight god knows how coz im only a size 8 anyway ... how can i shrink them a inch or 2?

1. you sound like you need to put a little weight on not lose it.
2. the best way is to aether wash on a high temp but this will make them fade quicker or you could do it the old fashioned way and sit in a cold bath with them on and then let them dry while you are wearing them best done in the summer though so you can just lay out in the garden and let the sun do the job.

machine wash on the warmest setting but for me i usually add boiling water to it in the washing machine....WORKS WELL WITH ALL MY PRICEY DENIM
