Calm down dear, I feel its just infatuation and not love that you have for him. Sex should be had only with someone you marry or under uncontrollable circumstances with someone you really love and trust him to marry you. Never think of it with him. You may repent later.

Here's the first question: do you come in the same door to work? Yes - don't have that fling.
No - ask him out. But be careful - harrassment charges are being filed by men as well as women. Flirt. Be straight-forward with him. If he realizes that he doesn't need to wine and dine you, he might be open for it. But also be careful of a girlfriend or wife - they might not appreciate you and your plan, and can be physical or otherwise take objection to you.
Personally - I wouldn't go after a co-worker.

Its never good to have a sex relatinoship with a co-worker. Been there done that it just gets other people talking
