My aged father in law has a problem with google earth, a large box with a red cross in it has obscured the whole of southern england, preventing acess, every where else is unaffected, we have uninstalled, and re-installed to no avail, please help!

i think it has something to do with a program they did the same thing for christmas there were boxes with toys on some countries just wait for a while it will go away
