Hi there. "Fed up" is easy, it just means that they have had enough of it and cannot take any more - a metaphor of having eaten so much of the same thing, you just can't face any more. We've all been there! As for the "He goes to me", it is a bit sloppy but general usage is that of describing past competitive action - so what he said was his go, then it was someone else's go. The important thing is that there should be a sense of combativeness when using that construction.

common usage. google comes up with 739,000 hits for "fed up of" and 1,350,000 hits for "fed up with"
also "fed up of" is defined as "wearied of" in the shorter oxford english dictionary. "fed up with" as "wearied by"
