okay so i recently bought a unlocked phone off ebay and got it in yesterday.. everything seemed fine.. but later after using it i get my first call on it and i answer and cant hear anything.. i put it on speaker and it works fine.. but when i switch back, the other party can hear but i cant.. then the screen gets jumbled sometimes.. any advice? i'd like to get it repaired but wouldnt know where to go or even where to start... its the motorola pebble and i'd really rather not have to deal with the company i got it from. i'd rather repair it and do it on my own instead of dealing with shipping back and forth.. any advice would be awesome..thanks alot..

If you are with T-Mobile, see what their policy is under warranty. If you are with Cingular, they don't sell that phone, so I wouldn't know if you are going to be able to warranty it. Motorola.com is a pretty good site, see what kind of service centers that they might have near you.

Well you are screwed. What was the warranty you got from Ebay. Either way, you will have to ship it back one way or another to get fixed. Seems you go sold a defective phone.
