Public utility companies are getting away with murder and so is the cable co. Cable is not a necessity and we could live without it. I feel if people united and stood up to these companies they would be forced to lower their prices for gas and lights.

You are very right. They would be forced to lower their prices, however the American people are way to lazy to take this kind of a stand. People aren't going to do it. I would be willing to, but not many would.When people unite and stand together it is amazing what we can accomplish.

The thing is though that people would not live without electricity, the kids would go nuts without TV. Without gas how would we eat the greasy old food we destroy our bodies with. You really do have a good point, but I can't see people going back to the days of the frontier. A lot of the wasted money goes to unsupervised helpers too. The power company was installing this electrical line up this farm lane. Everytime I drove up there they were standing around. Those are just the low people on the totem pole. Just think of how many light bills you could pay with what the CEO's make for just sitting around.

No I even have not....I even have been fortunate there. I even have been able to make those money. I even have given up alot of alternative issues like nutrition to make that fee. I even have been ill so has been hard for me. yet, I even have babies and that i could set the occasion that expenses all expenses come first.
