Yes, of course! That's the point of clomid, silly, to make you ovulate so you get pregnant!

Clomid is taken to help you ovulate so that you can get pregnant. I have gotten pregnant 3 times while taking Clomid.

Clomid causes ovulation and often correlated with Multiple births.

Thats what clomid is prescribed for. Its supposed to help you ovulate, so its possible that one could get pregnant.

Though it never worked for me...it did succeed in making me ovulate...but I never conceived.

I certainly hope you weren't taking it, not knowing that little fact.
