pregnat on depo shot?

I have been on the depo shot for over a year. for the first couple months I had a period then I started to have no period. which was great. But latley I have been feeling not myself I already have 2 kids I don't want anymore right now. but anyway I thought maybe I was pregnat so i took a home test and it says I ain't but what I was wondering is can the chemicals in the depo shot interfere with the test results??

its very unlikley as i was on the depo and it was fool proof i would go 2 ur docs.
