It is normal. You should be doing your Keigel exercises. If you don't know what they are, google for them. They are great for weak bladder, aiding in giving birth and for your sex life.
I don't want to become incontinent when I am older so I still do them.

Congrats! What you are experiencing is very normal and comes from the weight of the baby putting pressure on your bladder and may happen more often as your baby grows. I know it seems gross and I used to wear a panty liner or small pad to absorb it. If this is your first baby, it will probably stop after you deliver, but with subsequent births, it may stay that way forever. Most women have this problem, so we all understand.

Welcome to motherhood! The baby is putting extra pressure on your bladder, thus the leakage. After baby comes the problem will probably still be there (muscles weaken, etc). Kegel exercises are the best for helping with this problem. To figure it out, next time you go to the restroom, stop the flow of urine. That muscle is the one you need to exercise. Then, throughout the day, flex that muscle, hold if a few seconds and repeat. Do it a few times a day. Best of luck.

I'm 25 weeks pregnant, sneezed the other night and a little came out. Of course I wasn't wearing pants (just a tee and undies) and it happened in front of my hubby. Thank god he thought it was funny.
From what I've heard it's pretty common.

I am only 16 week along and feel like i have to pee all the time. I think it's pretty normal. But if you think you are leaking too much, i would ask you doctor. Use small pads if you need.

SO normal! I hated that!
After I had my son I went to the bathroom in my hospital room and peed. When I opened the door to go back to my bed the nurse was standing there. I was smiling from ear to ear. She asked what I was smiling about and I exclaimed "I don't feel like I have to pee anymore!!"
