It's all about intent. Cleanliness (getting the follow-up trickle out of there) is what you are shaking for, but if you're flopping it around and having impure thoughts then it's sinful. As long as you stick to this rule you can shake away without having to seek forgiveness.

What kind of crap is that and who if filling you with it? It is not sinful to shake the drops off your penis after you pee. It is simple hygeine so that you don't get urine stains on your pants and underwear. Even if you have to squeeze out the final drops, by hand, that is not sinning. It is your penis, and your urine.

Up to 3 shakes and you are still in God's good graces. Any more than that and you are surely on your way into the bowels of hell.

wow! i never thought there is a rule for such. no man why would you sin by shaking it. anyway, if you had sinful thoughts and your doing it in front of somebody else. it is.

as long as you aren't in bonner mode you are ok to shake until it is dry
