i own a shop, and its probably a inside control unit or one of the vent doors aren't opening up to let it come out that side ,this is usually a pretty easy fix, they have vacuum unit that opens them up,and this can be replaced without pulling the entire heater box out of it,i have replaced a few of those before, and they cost any where from 20 bucks all the way up to 70,it just depends on which one it is,good luck i hope this help,s.

Probably a stuck blend door, or broken lever, pin, etc.
Good news is these rapairs are not usually super expensive, but Caddy parts are pricey. If you are lucky it will just be a pin, they are cheap.

sounds like a duct fell off, one of the flap doors stopped working or got hung up, or the level from the switch itself as its normally connected to the flaps.
when you move the lever from far right to far left...normally you hear that low "thump" sound...thats the flaps moving.
