I connect my psp using a sub cord to my computer, the computer recognizes it but when I go on windows media player it doesn't detect the god damn PSP! There is nothing wrong with the usb port or cable. If you download music to your psp, what do you use and if it's W.M.P., what version is it. HELP!!???!!

look in start up>administration Panel>equipment>gadget supervisor> and you will see a gadget tree. look for Yellow or purple flags on the tree. they generally mean lacking or broken drivers. while you're lacking motherboard drivers, flow to Asus. while you're lacking video drivers, flow to Sapphire or AMD and procure/set up. No flags ability each little thing is nice. If no flags are found, flow to start up>administration Panel>Sound> and be certain which you do have the suited sound output gadget set as default, i.e. audio equipment, headset, and etc.
