we do show it every day-its the people who treat their loved ones poorly then feel "obligated " to buy stuff that HATE VALENTINES DAY -if you really love then you get to enjoy the fun and cheesy innocence of being in love -we go on cheesy dates picnics make things for one another-im making a big cardboard valentine heart
and going to the drive-ins just enjoy it have something to look forward to to be surprised and show your creative side-BEING FUN FEELS GOOD!

It's not that important of a day. The people you love should already know that you love them EVERY day, not just the one you feel obligated to buy cards, flowers & candies for.
I am a woman saying this, and I like all those things. To me, it feels more real coming from the heart when my honey just surprises me with something sweet.
I admit I always buy my kids little goodies though.
We don't do "Sweetest Day" at all. It's another made-up fake 'holiday'.

the only value it has is interior the commercial experience. Love might desire to receive by using the 300 and sixty 5 days, no longer for sooner or later this is cleverly designed to be a funds cow for florists, chocolate makers, and condom makers oh and jewelers

It is important if you want it to be. If you value it, then enjoy it and feel important. Some people, who don't have someone to share it with, do not find it as important.
