I create another Partition in my computer so now I have C: and D: drive, and now when I try to do a recovery system it doesn't work because it cannot find the recovery drive that was in the drive C:

Typically you press F11 on bootup to access your boot partition to use the recovery tools.

You will have to use the recovery CDs that you received with the computer. Be careful though because it might reinstall Windows as well...read the documentation or contact Sony if you are unsure.

It's because you cleared the recovery partition when you repartitioned the drive yourself..
