More likely the mama bull, they share a special bond. Usually the papa bull doesnt even know its his... doesnt really care.

First off there is no such thing as a mama bull. The mama would be a cow. So by removing this from the mix then the answer would be papa bull. BUt in truth it would be the farmer or rancher.
