I have the Sims 2 for my PC. It is a brilliant game but I need a cheat to fill my sims motives in order for them to stay happy!!

Well, kinda, the cheat goes like this:
*Press Control, Shift, and C at the same time to see the cheat box to appear across the top screen.
*Then type the following boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true make sure you space where it need to be spaced and you capitalize when it needs to be.
*Be sure to type this after you choose the neighborhood you want to go in, so when you go to the house you choose to go in the cheat will already be "activated".
*Then after you do the above you can use the cursor to click and drag the levels up or down on 'needs', 'skills', but not their 'fitness', and 'aspiration levels' I'm afraid...,but I notice you can drag down the 'influence levels', but it always resetts back to normal thankfully. :)
And with this you will find getting your Sims promotions, going through college, and going out much easy!

Hey I have just the Sims 2 base game too. No expansions. Maxmotives does NOT work without expansion packs. (I am pretty sure you need Nightlife or later.) Your best bet is to use the "boolprop thingy" open the cheat window (I always do it in the neighborhood view, because for osme reason it doesn't work if I do it in a house) Type in: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true Just like that^ and enter then you should be able to go into houses, and you can drag the need bars up whenever you need to. When you are done make sure you enter in boolprop testingcheatsenabled false hope I helped clear things up!

press shift ctrl and c to get the cheat bar up then type in Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
prees shift and click on the post box and click on make all happy.
remeber the spaces and the capital letter
