Are you kidding? I want to end Representative government in their current roles, reducing them to employee's that are well managed & subject to being fired at will. Government is highly mis-managed NOW! SO most must be fired with loss of benifits cause they have NOT been productive or effective!

I believe all people, politicians included, deserve the right of due process. An accusation is not a conviction. If convicted, an elected official or civil servant should tender his or her resignation or be removed from office if the offense renders that person unfit for for their position.
(There are some unethical acts that the public have determined are not sufficient for removal from office, such as lying under oath in a legal proceeding. We recently has a president do that, and although the House of Representatives impeached him, the Senate opted not to try him.)

I hope you mean CONVICTED of a MAJOR felony, and that you understand that some minor offenses are technically classed as felonies (for instance 3rd degree assault, which may consist of as little as touching someone without their consent).
On the other hand, Missouri State Representative John Bowman, who has pretty clearly been the instigator of a credit card scam involving at least 17 other law-breakers, should be asked by the Black Causus (which he heads) to step down, since under Missouri law he is free to continue as State Representative even if proven guilty of felony fraud..

Not a bad idea!
But you'd have to define it carefully. Would indictment be enough? Or only a conviction? Some indictments are politically motivated.
Also, some folks get re-elected even AFTER indictment, conviction, and a prison sentence! What can we do about that? Those people get what they deserve.
