Mice have saliva, so it is possible for them to "drool". I have many mice, but have never seen them "drooling".
Quote from the "louisemurray.com" site:
"We could not swallow our food without it, sing or even whistle. Cats wash with it, and humans swallow up to a litre a day. It can be antibacterial and mice heal their wounds with it. Spit, saliva, drool, mucus, whatever you call it, we cannot do without it."

Seeing as to how they are mammals and do have a digestive system including saliva, I would say yes, mice do actually drool.

Yes they can - although it is usually associated with a tooth problem than with salivating because they can sniff something tasty. Sometimes, misaligned or other problems with their teeth means that the tongue does not sit correctly in the mouth - causing them to dribble or 'drool'. In these circumstances, attention from a vet is required otherwise eating difficulties occur.

Mice dribble urine everywhere they go. They track their movements by laying a trail this way. It's not dribble it's pee.
