If you have an ultrasound image, scan it into your computer and upload it to a website that prints photos.
Most of the websites, like www.shutterfly.com and Walgreen's.com. have borders that can be added so you can choose feminine colors or add captions.
At Shutterly I made invitations with the ultrasound image on the front that invited them to the "birth" day party for the baby, approximate due date of course!
Have fun and congrats to you!! It's going to be the greatest love you have ever felt and the most fun you have ever had!
Take care.

How about sending them a picture frame with a picture of a famous baby the same sex as yours? Or put a photo of an animal and make them guess the sex! (or make the frame color either blue or pink). M&Ms also makes custom M&MS on their website - you can pick the color and write on it "its a girl/boy!"
Send them out to your close family. Send them a stork card and include a pink/blue bubble gum cigar. Cheryl & Co also makes custom cookies, I order from them and they are wonderful! Individually wrapped so you can freeze them for a year! They are really cute, too. Or if they all live close, bake some with letters spelling out boy or girl!

This one would only work if you have another child... but you could put a "big brother" or "big sister" t-shirt on the older child in the color of the child coming...my sister in law did this, had her little girl wear a blue "big sister" shirt when they went to mom and dad's to let them know, it took Mom and Dad about 30 minutes before they even noticed Autumns shirt... but was a very fun way.

You could set up an email account from baby (insert last name here) and send out emails saying "Hi grandma. Just wanted to let you know that I'm a girl! Start buying pink. Love you and can't wait to meet you soon! Love, baby girl."

I just left voicemails saying "start buying pink"
I didn't mention that it had to do with the baby or it's a girl...basically all the message said was "start buying pink"
It's really simple but I liked it.

my mom begged me to not tell her what i was having, so i agreed i would NOT tell her....per say, so the day i found out i went baby clothes shopping!!! i bought a bunch of neutral colored stuff and baby boy outfits. i went to her work and asked her if she would like to see what i bought the baby, of course she said yes, so 1st i showed her the neutral colored things, and then i pulled out the baby boy clothes.... like i said i didn't tell her, she was just perceptive!!!! lol (of course i had my sonogram pics, so i "showed" her those as well, after i showed the clothes!!)

You could buy one of those novelty tees that say girl or boy and wear it to see your family and friends.
