Go to the mountain and rent from an off the resort shop that will set you up with the right gear. You need to have the shop adjust the bindings for your foot and your stance. This is critical. Once you have a little riding on rental gear you can answer the questions that will determine the right learning board for you. A the end of the season check into buying some of the rental gear. Good deals can be found there. Another time to buy is summer and Fall. You can get last years boards at deep discount.

The setup is as important as the equipment. Get help from a real shop geek.

Go for a begineer/intermediate board which will be forgiving when learning the basics, but once you have learnt them you will be able to progress on it without too much trouble. Ive listed some boards that will suit your level of riding
Burton Feather
K2 Skyla
Sapient Fluid
Ride Vista

I wouldn't spend to much on a board if your just starting, I bought my first board for around 150$. Spent a good three years on it and it did everything I needed it to do. Spend wise untill you find out if you want to continue with it

look at the ride 145 vista, it seems to be your size and is a woman-specific board. its price range is in the $300's. Ive known someone who had it as their first board and loved it. Its a good beginner board. The decision is up to you. check it out at ridesnowboards.com
